What happens if I like the property I have seen through you?

You can make an offer directly to the person that carried out the viewing, initially by replying to a basic form they should send you by email. If accepted, we will add you to our tenant onboarding platform, PRSTo. You will need to pay a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure the property in your name and remove it from the market, subject to references and contract. With your consent we can then deduct this amount from your first months’ rent.
